About This Course

Uncontrolled bleeding is the #1 preventable cause of death from trauma. Learn to apply tourniquets, pack wounds, and control life-threatening hemorrhage in any emergency.

Based on the national Stop the Bleeding campaign and aligned with TECC guidelines, this course teaches civilians to recognize and control life-threatening bleeding. You'll get hands-on practice with real tourniquets, wound packing gauze, and pressure dressings.
