When to Call 911 — Decision-Making Under Pressure
Learn to quickly assess a situation and make the right call — when to dial 911, when to handle it yourself, and how to communicate clearly with dispatchers to get the right help fast.
Many emergencies are made worse by delayed or incorrect responses. This course teaches participants to rapidly assess situations, distinguish true emergencies from non-emergencies, communicate effectively with 911 dispatchers, and take appropriate action while waiting for help to arrive. Ideal for workplace safety teams and community members.
